YOGA FOR SCHOOLS 'BUILDING CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM' is an innovative exercise programme that combines the practical aspects of Yoga with relevant health facts about the body. Yoga differs from every other form of exercise for as well as exercising your body, you are also working on calming the mind. Nearly every child will report feeling happier and more contented after a session of Yoga as it enhances their health and well-being.
